FAQ
A: We are located on Eagle Point facing southeast. We are just several doors down from the Eagle Point Marina and the Shipwreck Party Store.
A: The cottage is available for your use at 2 p.m. on Saturday and will be cleaned and ready for your family. Departure time is 10 a.m. the following Saturday. The cottage should be left clean and in the condition you found it.

Bathroom towels and beach towels
Cleaning items and paper products - including garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishsoap,
dishsoap, dishwasher soap, etc.
Food for the week - all dishes and cookware are provided
Swimwear, beach toys, sunglasses, sunscreen and any lounge chairs. There are several Adirondack chairs
provided.
A: There is no smoking in the cottage. There are also no pets allowed. We ask that you be considerate of our neighbors by keeping the noise level down.
A: The dock extends 60 feet with a 10x20 platform at the end. Water depth at the end of the dock is approximately 3 1/2 to 4 feet. The lake bottom is sandy. The bottom is firm when you stay close to the dock. There is a small sandy area of approximately 1-2 feet near the water's edge, depending on the water levels. Children love to play there!
A: There is a paddle boat and rowboat onsite and available for your use. Life jackets and located in the downstairs closet next to the laundry area. Michigan Law requires a floatation vest for each occupant of the boat and one extra floatation device to throw into the water in case of emergency.
A: There are dock posts in the water which may be used to tie-up a boat on the left side of the dock.
A: Garbage pick-up is very early Friday morning. Please put your garbage in the bin by the street on Thursday night so that it's taken care of for the next renters. Emptying your trash is your responsibility!
